Things to remember during Sabarimala visit

1 Women between the age group of 10 to 50 are not permitted for the Sabarimala Pilgrimage.

2 Hon'ble High Court of Kerala have also ordered to prevent their entry to Sabarimala.

3 Pilgrims will specally note this. Cigrette and beedi smoking and Alcoholic drinks are prohibited at Pamba Temple complex and at Sabarimala temple complexes including lower thirumuttam.

4 Only pilgrims who have obsreved vritham and carry Irumudikettu (Pallikettu) alone are allowed entry through the Holy Pathinettam Padi.

5 Placing viri and halting in the upper thirumuttam is not allowed during festival season.

6 Using plastic materials, containers, carry bags etc are totally prohibited.

7 Please observe queue for Darsan, Abhishekom. Also be in queue before the Prasadam counters.

8 Purchase tickets for Vazhipadus from the respective ticket counters.
