One of the important temple in kerala where Mudiyettu ritual is performed. Lord
Siva and Sakthi with Saraswathy showers blessing here for devotees.
Festival is celebrated in great mannet. On the festival day devi comes to see her
devotees and devotees welcome devi. "Mudiyettu" of this temple is important. On
this day her children in the form of theyyam along with kshethrapalakan come here
for seeing their mother devi. Tuesday and friday are special here as in all devi
temples.
