The Marayikkodu Sree Indilayappan Temple is only half an hour away from the famous Kottarakara Sree Mahaganapathy Temple in Kollam Dist. Kerala. Lord Siva, Parvathy Devi Lord Vishnu, Sri Mahaganapathy, Nagarajavu & Nagayakshi are the deities here Brahmarakshas This is one of the oldest temple in Sothern Kerala. This is considered to be powerful temple eventhough small in size. It is believed that this temple has around 1500 years of age.
